1) The following must be agreed to in order to participate in our Partnership Program. All Program Rules must be abided by, and are legally binding. CARTOON CASH reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason.

2) You will get paid twice a month. Pay periods run from the 1st thru the 15th, and from the 16th to the last day of the calendar month.

3) CARTOON CASH has a zero tolerance policy for spamming. If we find that you are spamming, we will terminate you immediately without pay and you will not be allowed back in our program. No exceptions!

4) Once again, CARTOON CASH reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason.
